Season 4 preview, 2.4 Notes update

Today's news has been posted early because of the season 4 part, it will be updated in a few hours.

Arena Season 4 Preview !
It looks like a few Season 4 items are now available on PTRs, maybe we'll get the rest of them very soon.

As you can see, they use these sets are using the same models as the Sunwell Armor, that's a good news because it means I can use the screenshots I posted yesterday as a Season 4 armor sets preview without any additional work !

2.4 - Patch notes update
The patch notes on the 2.4 Changes compilation post have been updated with a few changes from the PTR (Items

• Resilience: Now reduces the magnitude of mana draining effects by the same amount that it reduces critical strike damage. The Tooltip has been revised to reflect this.
• The Daily Quest limit has been increased to 25.
• The benefits of drinking out of combat have been delayed. It will now take five seconds before the full benefit of the mana regeneration will come into effect.
