New PTR Build - Classes and professions changes

A new build has been deployed, as usual this post will be updated multiple times if something changes.

Additions
- 4 Alchemy stones have been added to Alchemy !

- 4 New Epic gems have been added to Jewelcrafting

- A new cloak enchantment is available - Steelweave

• Toughness now Increases your armor value from items by 2/4/6/8/10% and reduces the duration of movement impairing effects on you by -10/20/30/40/50%.
• Shamanistic rage now let you regenerate mana equal to 30% of your attack power instead of 15. Duration reduced to 15 seconds. (Was 30 seconds)

Warlock

• Lifetap (Rank 1) now converts 5% maximum life into 5% maximum mana. (Screenshot)
• Lifetap (Rank 2) now converts 12% maximum life into 12% maximum mana. (Screenshot)
• Lifetap (Rank 3) now converts 20% maximum life into 20% maximum mana. (Screenshot)
